The ultimate goal of our website is to provide an entry-level understanding of Tibetan medicine to an unfamiliar audience and make the largest form of Eurasian healthcare less intimidating. Hopefully, we were able to effectively convey how Tibetan medicine can be complementary to a Western lifestyle and the different ways that several simple exercises and medicines can be incorporated into a Western way of life. This finally brings us to our last goal: showcasing several practices that you can actually incorporate into your life to better your mental and physical health! While Tibetan medicine may not be for everyone, we hope to include a wide variety of ways you can practice Tibetan medicine. From breathing exercises that take up less than 10 minutes of your day to monthly courses that provide complex insights into the mind, anyone can practice this life-changing form of medicine!
