Welcome!
We aim to share and spread the history and teachings of Tibetan medicine with a Western audience that might not be familiar with it. With this in mind, we also hope to showcase the vast similarities between Tibetan medicine and Western medicine as they can work hand in hand to promote one’s mental and physical well being. Lastly, we hope to provide a comfortable space for viewers to practice very simple forms of Tibetan medicine and incorporate it into their lives to improve health.
